Our services can be billed to many insurance companies as an Out-of-Network Provider. It will be your responsibility to determine if this is a possibility with your particular insurance company and plan. If your insurance plan accepts Out-of-Network Providers and you choose to request reimbursement from your insurance company, payment in full is still expected at the time of service. We will provide you with a detailed receipt with billing codes and description of services that you can submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement.
