Sometimes talking to your spouse feels like punching yourself in the head (not very appealing…unless you’re into 80’s metal). Every conversation/argument goes the same way and makes you wonder if it’s even worth it. Though the argument may not be, working on the relationship can be. I have been trained extensively to work with couples struggling with underlying patterns that affect a number of issues, including:
- Infidelity
- Constant fighting
- Pornography
- Addictions
- Financial problems
- Sex
- In-laws
Couples tend to develop patterns when they fight causing each fight to go the same way and meld into a blur of issues. Fights go unresolved and hurt feelings fester. I work with couples to change those patterns and create healthier ones. Relationships take work. You got into your relationship for a reason. If it wasn’t just for money, it’s worth your time and effort to improve it. (If it was just for money, make sure it’s a lot of money-in which case it may still be worth your time and effort…Kidding.)
